Who We Are

Albert Dweck is the founder and CEO of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, which include planning, acquisition, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance. Since founding Duke in 2001, he has been the managing principal of over 40 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States.

Leon Chen is the controller of Duke Properties.  His responsibilities include oversight of all financial aspects of the company’s real estate activities. Leon’s primary duties involve financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, management transitions, and preparing financial documentation to support audits, mortgage refinancing & tax filings.

Tricia is the Property Manager and Leasing Coordinator of Duke Properties. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functions of 20+ buildings within the Duke portfolio and managing the properties’ leasing. 

Josh Früm is the principal of Hanalyn Properties, a Brooklyn-based real estate firm focused on renovating and repositioning deteriorated buildings. Partnering with Duke Properties as Head of Acquisitions, Mr. Früm oversees the purchase and development of new assets. His responsibilities include financial analysis, feasibility studies, strategic development, and project management.



Eric Weisleder oversees Duke Properties’ Real Estate Acquisitions and Business Development. His responsibilities include financial analysis and feasibility studies for the development of new properties. Eric also works with corporate tenants and Government institutions to develop build-to-suit assets.



Jake Hossan is the Executive Assistant of the CEO, and his responsibilities include Investor Administration and Accounting. Jake was born and raised in Bangladesh. He graduated with honors and a master's in accounting from the National University.



Stacy is the Head of Rent Collection of Duke Properties. She is responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and reporting the rent collected for Duke’s properties. Stacy also communicates daily with tenants to ensure a smooth collection process.

Michael Devine is a Junior studying Real Estate with a focus in Finance at NYU. Previously he attended Boston University before moving to Manhattan to pursue an education and career in NYC. His responsibilities include Accounting, quarterly market updates, and office assistance.

Benjamin Mateo is a junior studying Psychology whilst minoring in Arts and Entertainment management at Pace University. His responsibilities include leasing and office assistance.
