Who We Are
Founder and CEO
Albert Dweck is the founder and CEO of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, which include planning, acquisition, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance. Since founding Duke in 2001, he has been the managing principal of over 40 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States.
Financial Controller
Leon Chen is the controller of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of all financial aspects of the company’s real estate activities. Leon’s primary duties involve financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, management transitions, and preparing financial documentation to support audits, mortgage refinancing & tax filings.

Property Manager & Leasing Coordinator
Tricia is the Property Manager and Leasing Coordinator of Duke Properties. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functions of 20+ buildings within the Duke portfolio and managing the properties’ leasing.
Acquisitions Analyst
Hitarth Shah is the Acquisitions Analyst at Duke Properties. His responsibilities include underwriting new investment opportunities, financial modeling, and supporting due diligence across the firm's acquisition pipeline. Hitarth holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Investor Administration
Jake Hossan is the Executive Assistant of the CEO, and his responsibilities include Investor Administration and Accounting. Jake was born and raised in Bangladesh. He graduated with honors and a master's in accounting from the National University.
Development Associate
Coordinates construction and development projects at Duke Properties and supports due diligence, financing documentation, and operations across the firm's multifamily portfolio. B.S./M.A. in Financial Economics, Binghamton University.
Head of Rent Collection
Stacy is the Head of Rent Collection of Duke Properties. She is responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and reporting the rent collected for Duke’s properties. Stacy also communicates daily with tenants to ensure a smooth collection process.
Assistant to the CEO
Benjamin Mateo is a junior studying Psychology whilst minoring in Arts and Entertainment management at Pace University. His responsibilities include leasing and office assistance.
