Eric Weisleder 

Eric Weisleder oversees Duke Properties’ Real Estate Acquisitions and Business Development. His responsibilities include financial analysis and feasibility studies for the development of new properties. Eric also works with corporate tenants and Government institutions to develop build-to-suit assets.

Eric came to Duke in 2018 after a career in the Telecom Infrastructure industry. He co-founded Torrecom Partners LLC, a successful Cell Phone Tower company that developed, owned and operated hundreds of sites in Latin America.

Previously, Mr. Weisleder worked as an Equity Research and Investment Banking analyst at Bear Stearns, Fox-Pitt Kelton and East Wind Advisors. He was also a VP of Business Strategy at Triangle Services.

Eric was born and raised in Costa Rica. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University.
