Tricia Ramdahin-Small

Tricia is the Property Manager and Leasing Coordinator of Duke Properties. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functions of 20+ buildings within the Duke portfolio and managing the properties’ leasing. 

Tricia began her career in Real Estate in 2005, starting as a salesperson focused primarily on commercial real estate. In 2016 she obtained her broker’s license. Tricia has also been working in property management since 2012 and has extensive experience.

She received her degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies in 2004. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to her community. She is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Best Friends Animal Society.
