Leon Chen
Financial Controller
Leon Chen is the controller of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of all financial aspects of the company’s real estate activities. Leon’s primary duties involve financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, management transitions, and preparing financial documentation to support audits, mortgage refinancing & tax filings.
Leon previously worked in Union Square Hospitality Group, as a Senior Accountant, before joining Duke Properties in 2020. Leon received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in 2015.
