Josh Frum

Josh Früm is the principal of Hanalyn Properties, a Brooklyn-based real estate firm focused on renovating and repositioning deteriorated buildings. Partnering with Duke Properties as Head of Acquisitions, Mr. Früm oversees the purchase and development of new assets. His responsibilities include financial analysis, feasibility studies, strategic development, and project management.

Mr. Früm has a background in Hospitality with a Master's Degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. Prior to founding Hanalyn, Mr. Früm owned and operated Monument Lane, a neighborhood restaurant in Manhattan's West Village. He lives in Clinton Hill with his wife and 2 children.
