Mr. Dweck received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Stern School of Business at New York University in 1994. He completed intensive training in business and management at the Sanno Institute of Management, Tokyo Japan, 1993. He is a licensed real estate agent and received a certificate in real estate investment and finance from the NYU, SCPS in 2003.
He is also a Professor at the Real Estate Institute at NYU, SCPS. He is the Vice President, Finance, and serves on the Board of Directors of Barkai Yeshivah, a private school in Brooklyn, NY.
Ms. Lazar has served as the firm’s CFO since 2016. Sandra oversees operating and financial activities for Duke’s businesses and property portfolio of over 35 buildings, including property management, investor relations, financial planning, and accounting.
Prior to joining Duke, Ms. Lazar served for over 15 years as the CFO for a large retail and real estate operation in New York City with over 300 employees. She succeeded in increasing profits by 80% in a 2 year period.
Ms. Lazar’s committed work ethic and relentless focus on driving efficiency and increasing profitability make her a valuable asset to the Duke team.
Sandra graduated from Brooklyn college in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Psychology and a minor in Finance. Sandra has taken numerous courses in NYU Real Estate Schack Institute in asset management and property financial planning. She has also served on the board of her community synagogue and has used her skills to help families facing financial challenges better manage their households so they can live better lives.
Eric Weisleder oversees Duke Properties’ Real Estate Acquisitions and Business Development. His responsibilities include financial analysis and feasibility studies for the development of new properties. Eric also works with corporate tenants and Government institutions to develop build-to-suit assets.
Eric came to Duke in 2018 after a career in the Telecom Infrastructure industry. He co-founded Torrecom Partners LLC, a successful Cell Phone Tower company that developed, owned and operated hundreds of sites in Latin America.
Previously, Mr. Weisleder worked as an Equity Research and Investment Banking analyst at Bear Stearns, Fox-Pitt Kelton and East Wind Advisors. He was also a VP of Business Strategy at Triangle Services.
Eric was born and raised in Costa Rica. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University.
