THE FOUNDER AND CEO
Albert Dweck is the founder and CEO of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, which include planning, acquisition, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance. Since founding Duke in 2001, he has been the managing principal of over 40 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States. Mr. Dweck received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Stern School of Business at New York University in 1994. He completed intensive training in business and management at the Sanno Institute of Management, Tokyo Japan, 1993. He is a licensed real estate agent and received a certificate in real estate investment and finance from the NYU, SCPS in 2003. He is also a Professor at the Real Estate Institute at NYU, SCPS. He is the Vice President, Finance, and serves on the Board of Directors of Barkai Yeshivah, a private school in Brooklyn, NY.
Adam Sultan is the President of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include oversight of the execution of Duke’s acquisitions and property strategies, management, investor relations, business planning, finance and company operations. Adam is a business executive, attorney and real estate investor and entrepreneur. In the past five years, he has served as the managing principal of over 40 real estate partnerships for the acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use properties in NY and NJ. From 2005-2014, Adam served as the General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Majesco Entertainment Company, a publicly traded entertainment publisher. Adam received his law degree from Fordham University and completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University. He has also completed a Mini-MBA at the Rutgers Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of Barkai Yeshivah, a private school in Brooklyn, NY.
Chief Fulfillment Officer
CHIEF FULFILLMENT OFFICER
Eli Zakay is the Chief Fulfillment Officer of Duke Properties. His responsibilities include leading and overseeing development and operations of the Company’s property portfolio. Eli is an expert in repositioning underutilized multi-family assets as well as in identifying and understanding emerging neighborhoods for investment. Eli, a longtime business executive and real estate investor, has previously managed two successful apparel companies. He has been an active real estate investor for the past 10 years, and currently manages his own commercial and residential properties in the United States and Panama. Eli graduated with a BA from Yeshiva University in 1993.
